Video of John’s Keynote at KM Middle East
John presented “The TLC of Knowledge Management” as the closing keynote at KM Middle East 2011 in Abu Dhabi. The major theme of the talk was how organizational leaders should use technology, leadership, and culture to create a competitive advantage.
